3rd Transnational Meeting
3rd Transnational Meeting of the Erasmus+ Project ERGOSIGN 2015-1-RO01-KA202-015091
Partners of the Project ERGOSIGN met for the 3rd Transitional Meeting in Koper, Slovenia, on the 17th of November, 2016.
The meeting was organised by the University of Primorska, the Slovenian Partner of the Project consortium and it was hosted by the Andrej Marušič Institute (IAM). Besides discussing project progress, the interim report preparation and supporting documents and update the work plan, the meeting was also a great opportunity to meet the Director of IAM and learn some interesting details about the development of the University and its large-scale involvement in important research projects, as well as to visit the new building of University of Primorska and meet some of the university staff at work within their state-of-the-art kinesiology labs.
Risks and quality management topics were also on the project meeting agenda, as CETEM's representative gave an updated presentation of the main indicators. Partners agreed on contingency measures to be taken in order to avoid further propagation of certain delays and work plan was updated accordingly.
Further on the Partners talked about dissemination activities. Everyone presented their latest actions and the Project Manager informed all the partners about the European Vocational Skills Week, which would be organized for the first time by the European Commission in December 2016 (http://ec.europa.eu/social/main.jsp?langId=en&catId=1261). The event would be a great opportunity for all partners to disseminate the project and invite as many stakeholders as possible to find out more about ERGOSIGN.
The next project meeting would be held in May 2017 in Warsaw (Poland), so do not forget to follow us in order to stay updated.
